Martingale collars do NOT come standard with a buckle. Adding a buckle to your martingale can be done separately here.
As with all RooRoo Couture Collars, this collar is also reinforced with some of the best hardwares and webbing on the market, and is stitched together using a semi-industrial sewing machine to help make sure the stitches is keeping pace with the hardwares. All collars are stitched using a box stitch closure, and are triple stitch reenforced to help ensure safety and longevity of our products.
