"King of the Night" Show Lead
The Details:
This hand braided 6 strand Roo Leather show lead is comprised of 3 colours - Starry Night (2 strands custom colour), Periwinkle Haze (2 strands custom colour), Royal Purple (2 strands custom colour). This lead features 3 bead sets with handcrafted artisan glass beads by Sasa Nekezchlebova which are accompanied by silver spacer beads. The main owl focal bead features a golden crown. All spacer beads featuring crystals are faceted to improve their longevity.
The 6 strands strands of leather have been split, beveled, conditioned and tightly braided around a 130# Dacron test core. When finished the lead is rolled for a softer feel and conditioned lightly.
The Dimensions:
- Lead measures 41" from end to end
- Handle measures 5.5" in length
- Collar Loop end is 1.25" long
- Small bead cluster #1 begins 7.5" from the collar loop
- Focal bead cluster begins 17" from the collar loop
- Small bead cluster #2 begins 27.5" from the collar loop

Show leads are not intended for day to day use (i.e. walking). Over-conditioning of your lead will result in foils rubbing off quickly. Show leads last best when they are used on fairly well trained dogs.
